Through a Model's Lense: A Backstage Fashion Week Photo Diary + Vlog

Hey, friends!

SO. Finally, over a month later, I talk about the time I walked in 7 shows for my first ever fashion week. It was a experience and a half, y'all and I'll remember it for years to come. This is, of course, the first ever Mandela Bay Fashion Week which went down from October 6-8th. Bruh, I know, it's been a busy month since- but the photos and vlog are here now!

The application process was quick and simple; e-mail some photos and stats (measurements) to apply, show up to a couple of meetings, get measured, sign a contract and receive your list of designers' shows you'd be involved in.

A month or so of fittings and rehearsals later, the time finally came.

As you may know, the very reason I started this blog was to take you behind the scenes with me as I try to navigate this funny little fashion universe. So today I won't yap too much, just enjoy some backstage antics below- selfie-taking, confusion, nerve-sharing, friendship-forming banter galore. Enjoy ;)
